Job Overview

As a Rental Associate at Vail Resorts, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional guest experiences by providing world-class service and ensuring that our guests have the right equipment to enjoy their time on the mountain.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert guidance to guests on selecting and fitting rental equipment
  • Explain the safe use and operation of rental equipment, including safety practices and guest responsibility
  • Work collaboratively with teammates to maintain a safe and efficient rental process
  • May include additional duties such as cashiering, retail sales, and assisting with mountain activities

Requirements:

  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, holidays, and weekends
  • Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
  • Maintain a working knowledge of products and trends within the industry
  • Ability to stand and move in an active, team-oriented environment for extended periods
  • Fluent communication skills in English
