Experience the Thrill of Teaching Snowsports

At Vail Resorts, we're seeking passionate and skilled individuals to join our team as Snowsports Instructors. As a key member of our ski and snowboard school, you'll have the opportunity to share your love of the mountains with guests of all ages and skill levels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality ski and snowboard lessons to groups and individuals
  • Provide exceptional guest service, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for all
  • Work with guests of all ages, with a focus on children and families
  • Support the snow sports school in various capacities, including scanning, running surface lifts, and facilitating lunch
  • Provide feedback and guidance to help guests improve their skills and achieve their goals
Requirements:
  • Must be comfortable and competent skiing and riding on groomed blue terrain
  • Must be willing to work with guests of all ages and have a strong level of comfort with children aged 3 and older
  • Must be able to communicate fluently in English
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Must be willing to work weekends and holidays
