Job Overview

BlastOne, a rapidly expanding global leader in the Industrial Corrosion Control Industry, is seeking a highly skilled Sales Executive to drive results and make a lasting impact. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, closing multi-million-dollar contracts, and driving business growth.

About the Role
  • Manage large project opportunities and own the client relationship
  • Lead high-impact client engagements, presenting and selling BlastOne's innovative project methodology
  • Ensure a clear next step in every sales opportunity, from lead generation to final contract signoff
  • Attend high-level client meetings, both virtually and in person, with private jet access for key engagements
  • Lead deal reviews, manage final-stage negotiations, and secure major contracts, ensuring a smooth handoff to the project management team
  • Support pre-construction project management and assist with negotiating change orders when needed
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in capital equipment sales or industrial construction projects
  • A proven track record of closing deals over $1M, with exposure to $5-10M projects preferred
  • Strong background in the industrial, construction, or capital equipment industries
  • Experience working with C-Level executives and leading complex negotiations
  • Stellar communication and leadership skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate across teams
  • High sense of urgency and a drive to manage multiple high-impact tasks simultaneously
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and project management tools
