Program Overview

The Military Development Program is a two-year development program that provides an exclusive preview of our elite development training program. This program prepares participants to become future corporate leaders at Bank of America by providing direct experience in Digital Technologies, FinTech, Strategy, Innovation, and Management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work in our innovation function (Bank of America Strategy & Business Ventures) to drive strategic growth initiatives across our core business units.
  • Develop, test, launch, and operationalize new strategies to better serve our clients.
  • Participate in a comprehensive training curriculum taught by BofA and industry experts, designed to enable general manager capabilities.
Requirements

To be considered for this program, you must have:

  • A minimum of a bachelor's degree.
  • Junior Military Officer or Senior Non-Commissioned Officer experience.
  • 3-5 years of work experience between bachelor's and MBA or masters with a demonstrated record of achievement.
  • A strong appreciation for an environment that supports learning, innovation, intelligent risk-taking, integrity, and flexibility.
  • Excellent logical reasoning and problem-solving skills, creativity, listening, communication, and presentation skills.
Preferred Qualifications

We are looking for candidates with:

  • A minimum GPA of 3.2.
  • Experience conducting qualitative and quantitative research.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Experience leading and organizing projects.
Program Details

The primary program location is Charlotte, NC. Travel will be on a needs basis. The program is full-time, with 40 hours per week, and a 1st shift schedule.
