Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Relationship Manager to join our team. As a Senior Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for managing significant account relationships with existing and prospective customers in assigned markets and/or industry segments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Account Management
    • Independently manage the day-to-day customer relationship of complex, highly visible accounts.
    • Meet regularly with customers and gather information on their businesses, needs, strategic direction, and earnings to determine business opportunities.
  • Business Development
    • Calls on potential or existing customers to develop new business and increase or retain existing business.
    • Cross-markets The Judge Group's products and services to meet goals for assigned accounts.
  • Financial Analysis
    • Guides the development and analysis of financial data for new or renewed financing arrangements.
    • Recommends decisions on loan terms and loan servicing actions within approved limits on assigned accounts.
  • Portfolio Management
    • Manages to profitability and credit quality targets for portfolio.
    • Guides credit analysis area in the development and analysis of financial background data for new or renewed loans.
  • Customer Service
    • Prudently services accounts to protect The Judge Group and minimize losses.
    • Maintains expertise in a designated market/industry segment and keeps abreast of industry trends, technology, regulatory requirements, and the competitive environment.
  • Leadership
    • Assists less experienced staff in their relationships with customers.
    • Provides leadership and guidance in account management and marketing techniques.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, or a relevant discipline required.
  • Experience
    • 5 years of relevant experience required; preferably, in banking, financial services industry, or a related field.
Work Environment

This role requires frequent travel and may involve working in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team to achieve business objectives.
