Job Title: Customer Service Representative

We're seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team at The Amynta Group. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, resolving title-related inquiries, and ensuring seamless document processing.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process title requests and respond to client inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
  • Utilize in-depth knowledge of the title management process to resolve complex issues and provide accurate updates to clients.
  • Interact with clients, auto dealers, and DMV representatives to resolve questions and customer service issues.
  • Maintain accurate records and provide thorough updates to clients on title status, password resets, and billing inquiries.
  • Work with exception accounts and reporting to identify root causes and take appropriate actions for resolution.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • AA degree or higher preferred, with experience in the industry serving as a substitute.
  • 2-4 years of related experience, with comprehensive knowledge of the subject matter.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong attention to detail, and ability to analyze data and present recommendations.
  • Strong work ethic, excellent time management skills, and ability to work well with people throughout the organization.
