We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Associate to join our Business Insurance team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable service to clients and colleagues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process policy changes, certificates, and evidence of property insurance with high accuracy.
  • Work closely with our Business Insurance team to provide support and maintain the highest level of accuracy.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients and colleagues, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements
  • High school diploma required.
  • Two (2) years of customer service experience.
  • Legal work authorization to work in the U.S. on a permanent and ongoing basis without the need for sponsorship now or in the future.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Associates or Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Two (2) years of business insurance experience.
  • Property & Casualty license (or ability to obtain within 90 days).
  • Experience working with EPIC, Sagitta, and ImageRight.
