The Omni Family of Services Ohio is in search of a trauma-informed, quality-focused professional to become a vital member of our exceptional team as the Family Intervention Therapist.

In this role, you will provide individual, group, and family therapy while collaborating with an interdisciplinary treatment team to address the needs of Family FITT clients and their families. FITT is an intensive, 90-day in-home program designed for youth at risk of out-of-home placements (such as hospitalization, residential care, or detention). The Family Intervention Therapist will primarily engage with clients in their homes and communities.

What You Bring to This Role:

  • A passion for helping others and a commitment to serving our clients while maintaining a healthy work/life balance.
  • The ability to work collaboratively as a team member and thought leader.
  • A Master's degree and either be dependently licensed, on an independent licensure track, or license eligible. Supervision for licensure will be provided.
  • A strong understanding of clinical diagnoses utilizing the DSM 5 and effective interventions for mental health conditions.
  • A valid Driver's License.
  • Proof of Automobile Insurance and reliable transportation.
