We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our Development Department as a Data Entry Coordinator.

This is a part-time position with flexible hours, reporting to the Marketing & Development Director.

The successful candidate will provide support through data entry of donor gifts into the donor management system (DonorPerfect) and maintain accurate records. They will also generate regular correspondence to donors, prepare in-house mailings, and verify accuracy of data entered through use of donor management system reports.

Responsibilities include:

  • Data entry of donor gifts into DonorPerfect
  • Timely and accurate data entry, mail management, and system reporting
  • Generating regular correspondence to donors
  • Maintaining excel spreadsheets and organization of electronic files for the Development Department
  • Preparing in-house mailings for seasonal publications, events, and general communication to donor base
  • Daily report of donor gifts and verification of accuracy of data entered through use of donor management system reports

We offer a competitive salary of $45,000 per year, depending on experience, and a chance to make a difference in the lives of our patients and their families.

Requirements include:

  • At least two years experience in data entry, preferably in donor management systems or customer relations management systems (CRMs)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft systems and office products
  • High school graduate or equivalent, two years college preferred
