Talbot Hospice Human Resources Specialist

Talbot Hospice Foundation Inc is a non-profit organization that provides compassionate care and support to individuals and families in need. We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team and contribute to our mission. This is a full-time leadership role, 40 hours per week, with an excellent benefits package and a competitive salary of approximately $75,000 - $90,000 per year.
The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining complete and accurate personnel files, overseeing employee relations, addressing employee concerns, fostering a productive and positive work environment, and performing other specific projects relating to human resources, payroll, data entry, and information system operations as required. They will also be responsible for ensuring proper security measures for the facility and collaborating with security system vendors.
This position requires a bachelor's degree in a relevant field, SHRM or PHR certification, at least three years of experience in a similar role, thorough knowledge of Maryland employment-related laws and regulations, and excellent verbal and written communication and organization skills.
