About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Digital Security Strategist to join our team at Genmab A/S. As a key member of our organization, you will play a pivotal role in translating and executing our information security strategy and objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and implementation of information security strategies and objectives
  • Collaborate with business and functional teams to ensure effective information security practices
  • Drive the security activities of DevSecOps processes in selected PODs
  • Act as a security partner for IT&D digital leaders and POD Managers
  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with business and IT&D leaders
Requirements
  • Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, engineering or related technical field
  • At least 8 years of demonstrable work experience in security officer or manager function with strategic/tactical responsibilities
  • 5 or more years of management responsibilities, including strategy, budgeting, and staffing
  • Demonstrated experience in working in agile and product-oriented development teams
  • Solid experience with Compliance (regulatory and industry-specific) and Security frameworks
  • Demonstrated experience in working in multinational organizations and virtual teams
  • Excellent knowledge of security and risk management frameworks and standards
  • Deep understanding of Agile and Dev(Sec)Ops development processes
