The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing, purchasing, and supplier management, as well as overseeing inventory management processes, including inventory accuracy and stock levels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate the procurement process for all necessary supplies, equipment, and services.
  • Collaborate with other departments to accurately forecast demand and ensure stock levels align with business needs.
  • Maintain inventory management processes, policies, and systems to ensure inventory accuracy.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of quality goods and services.
  • Evaluate and select suppliers based on price, quality, delivery, and service requirements.
  • Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing agreements with suppliers.
  • Manage and perform daily inventory activities, including counting and tracking inventory levels.

Requirements:

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or supply chain management.
  • Proven working experience as a Procurement & Inventory Manager or similar role with a minimum of 3 years of experience in procurement.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
  • Knowledge of inventory management concepts and techniques, ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and competing priorities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and inventory management software.
