As a Field Operations Manager, you will be integral in ensuring the seamless execution of our operations. Your role will focus on maintaining a minimum Net Promoter Score (NPS) of 85% by consistently monitoring, training, and advocating for Medalia Scores among all members of the Operations Team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the A/R collection process alongside the Internal Operations Manager.
  • Facilitate staffing requests and conduct preliminary interviews for all Field Operations roles.
  • Engage directly with homeowners to address installation and service-related issues.
  • Manage escalated customer concerns and assist in the training of new installation and service personnel.
  • Maintain and revise Monthly Budget and Installer Bonus Reports.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Finance Admin to resolve HIT List challenges and work closely with the VP of Internal Operations on relevant cases.
  • Guide installation teams on technical skills and customer service excellence.
  • Review labor costs, custom trim projects, and any breakdowns that exceed budget expectations.
  • Authorize all vehicle maintenance and repairs, manage Samsara, and oversee security measures.
