Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate patient scheduling to maintain efficient and productive patient flow.
  • Triage patients, coordinate dental appointments, and communicate effectively with dental patients.
  • Supervise dental assistants and receptionists, and provide guidance and support as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and proper sterilization methods.
  • Manage dental insurance programs and procedure codes to ensure accurate billing and reimbursement.
  • Participate in quality improvement activities, including chart audits and patient surveys.
  • Monitor provider production and maintain daily reports.
  • Develop and maintain community relationships to support the growth and development of our dental clinic.

Requirements:

  • Current DA registration from Washington State.
  • Basic courses in dental assisting and office management.
  • Minimum of three years working experience in a dental office.
  • Current BLS Certification.
  • Ability to communicate, read, and write in English.
  • Experience with EPIC desirable.
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Bilingual in English/Spanish preferred.
