- Registration and Check-In: Process guest arrivals, verify identification, and assign rooms according to hotel policies and availability.
- Communication: Respond to guest inquiries, resolve issues, and provide assistance with requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Financial Transactions: Handle cash, credit card transactions, and other forms of payment, ensuring accuracy and security.
- Room Assignments: Make informed decisions about room assignments based on guest preferences and hotel availability.
- Problem Resolution: Address guest complaints and concerns, using effective communication and problem-solving skills to resolve issues.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with other hotel staff to ensure seamless service delivery and maintain a positive work environment.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
- Experience: Hotel experience preferred, but not required.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in using computer systems.
