At Thomas James Homes, we are seeking an experienced and results-driven VP of Division Sales to lead our sales and sales support organization. As a key member of our division leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a selling culture that drives business growth and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the sales and sales support organization to meet strategic plan goals and exceed business plan results.
- Develop and execute selling and operating initiatives to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the division leadership team to develop and execute the division strategy.
- Oversee the entire selling process, including pre-sale, spec, buy, and build.
- Develop strong relationships with influential brokers and incorporate them into our preferred homebuilding network.
- Support the sales team to work with operations to move prospects through the sales cycle.
- Work closely with the experience team to ensure every prospect and client receives a differentiated experience.
- Partner with the corporate sales team to develop training, strategies, dashboards, and tools to achieve business plan goals.
- Partner with the corporate marketing team to develop selling support materials, collateral, and campaigns.
- Manage the contract process to ensure accurate and timely contracts.
- Monitor and analyze sales pipeline, business ratios, and sales activities.
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
- Active Real Estate License.
- Valid Driver's License.
- Minimum of five (5) years of sales experience in the homebuilding industry with at least three (3) years of experience in a lead sales or sales management role.
