About the Role:

This pivotal role will be a game-changer for both you and the company. As the first SDR at Zilliz, you'll help build the future of sales outreach at Zilliz. We're looking for people with a voice who are willing to speak it. This is an opportunity for builders, breakers, and thinkers—those who aren't afraid to innovate, fail fast, and grow.

Responsibilities:

  • Raise awareness and generate interest for Zilliz through cold calling, emails, and social outreach to prospective customers
  • Meet or exceed assigned daily activity minimums of activities
  • Experiment and innovate with new outreach techniques, leveraging AI and a modern tool stack like Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, HubSpot, and Common Room.
  • Collaborate with the executive team—you'll work closely with leadership, including the CEO, VP of Sales, and VP of Marketing.
  • Lead and inspire—help shape the SDR strategy for future hires while being a hands-on contributor.
