We are seeking a highly qualified candidate to join our faculty as a tenure-track assistant professor in the open field of chemistry and chemical biology. The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching at the undergraduate and graduate levels, as well as contributing to the department's research and service activities.
Responsibilities- Teach undergraduate and graduate courses in chemistry and chemical biology
- Conduct research in the field of chemistry and chemical biology
- Develop and maintain a strong research program
- Participate in departmental and university service activities
- Doctorate or terminal degree in chemical sciences, including organic, physical, inorganic, theory, and chemical biology
- Strong research record and commitment to undergraduate and graduate teaching
- Ability to contribute to the department's research and service activities
