About the Job

We're seeking an experienced Sales Engineer to join our Sales and Partnerships organization, specializing in Generative AI product lines.

You will be responsible for project planning, execution, onboarding, and ensuring successful customer outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Enablement, Deployment Planning, and Execution:
    • Develop project plans outlining scope, timelines, and resource requirements.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project goals and objectives.
    • Ensure effective communication and information flow among team members.
  • Customer & Partner Focus:
    • Regularly review project outputs to ensure they meet client expectations.
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and partners on product and project/POCs.
  • Process Development and Improvement:
    • Provide regular updates and reports on project progress and milestones.
    • Conduct post-project evaluations to identify areas for improvement.
    • Document best practices and lessons learned.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field is required.
  • Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager or Sales Engineer with minimum 3 years of experience is essential.
  • Experience working with selling, project managing, and implementing AI technologies, focused on Microsoft technologies.
  • Self-motivated, strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to guide individuals towards execution.
  • Excellent problem-solving and documentation skills using project tools and project management tools.
  • PMP or similar project management certification is advantageous.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
