Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and coordinate all aspects of camp operations, including programming, staff management, marketing, and logistics.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve camp operations, enhance the camper experience, and increase efficiency.
  • Collaborate with the Camp Director and other senior leaders to set goals and objectives for the camp.
  • Supervise and train staff members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Manage budgets, resources, and vendors to ensure the camp runs smoothly and within budget.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with community partners, donors, and stakeholders to promote the camp's mission and values.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in a leadership or management role, preferably in a summer camp or youth organization setting.
  • Proven track record of success in managing teams, budgets, and resources.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Strong knowledge of camp operations, programming, and youth development principles.
