Are you dedicated to serving the Medicare demographic, eager to explore a sales career, and interested in influencing your earning potential? We are seeking licensed, driven, and self-motivated professionals to become part of our team.
  • In this field-based role, you will cultivate community connections, generate self-sourced sales, and achieve sales targets while working autonomously. You will engage with customers, external partners, and the community through face-to-face, telephonic, and virtual interactions. Our Medicare Sales Agents promote individual health plan offerings and educate beneficiaries about our services in a field environment. Additional products include: Life, Annuity, Indemnity, Dental, Vision, Prescription, and more. Utilize Your Expertise to Make a Difference

Required Qualifications

  • Active Health Insurance license or the ability to obtain one
  • Bilingual proficiency in both English and Spanish, without limitations or assistance
  • Experience using multiple applications/software and managing multiple screens simultaneously
  • This position is part of CenterWell's Driver safety program, requiring a valid state driver's license and proof of personal vehicle liability insurance with at least 100/300/100 limits
  • Must reside in the designated area

Preferred Qualifications

  • Active Life Insurance license
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree
  • Engagement with the community through service, organizations, activities, and volunteerism
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and an additional language without limitations, preferably Spanish
  • Strong organizational, interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and knowledgeable about CRM tools and other sales/marketing resources

Additional Information

  • All associates who communicate with members in a language other than English must complete a language proficiency assessment to ensure competency.

Pay Range

The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full-time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may vary based on geographic location and individual pay will differ based on demonstrated job-related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc. $34,700 - $47,700 per year. This position is eligible for a commission incentive plan based on company and/or individual performance.
