- Provide exceptional customer service and support to our customers, addressing their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, regulatory requirements, and product offerings to ensure accurate and effective sales and marketing efforts.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.
- Active Health Insurance license or ability to obtain.
- Bilingual with the ability to speak, read, and write in both English and Spanish without limitations or assistance.
- Prior experience in sales, marketing, or a related field, preferably in the healthcare industry.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient use of Microsoft Office and other sales and marketing tools.
- Active Life Insurance license.
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business, marketing, or healthcare administration.
- Experience working in a customer-facing role, preferably in the healthcare industry.
- Strong understanding of Medicare products and services, as well as industry trends and regulatory requirements.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and business growth.
