Position Overview

The Clinical Quality Assurance Registered Nurse plays a pivotal role in supporting the management team within the Performance Improvement Department. This position is integral to the development and execution of a comprehensive program aimed at enhancing clinical quality and improving patient outcomes.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Education: Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Risk Management, Nursing, or a related healthcare field.
  • Possession of a California Registered Nurse License upon hire.
  • Experience: Minimum of 4 years in a healthcare setting.
  • At least 2 years of experience in healthcare quality management.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.
  • 3 years of experience in Quality Improvement initiatives.
  • 2 years of experience in healthcare quality management.
