Compensation and Benefits:
Hourly Rate: $30/hr
Employment Type: W2 Employment, Group Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, Retirement Savings Program, PSL
Work Schedule: 40 hours/week, 24 Month Assignment
Key Responsibilities:
1. Oversee the mechanical measurement of precision milled and turned sub-miniature high-frequency electronic components to ensure operational efficiency and accuracy.
2. Conduct inspections of sub-assemblies or final assemblies of products.
3. Interpret engineering prints, manufacturing drawings, and diagrams to approve or reject in-process or final assemblies.
4. Maintain accurate records and databases.
5. Collaborate within the designated area of expertise; clarify, analyze, develop, and implement solutions while supporting technicians and NPI Engineers.
6. Work towards clearly defined objectives.
7. Address technical challenges of limited scope and complexity.
8. Contribute consistently to team delivery goals.
9. Adhere to established processes and take responsibility for achieving team objectives.
Required Qualifications:
1. Minimum of 4 years of experience in a Quality Assurance Operations role.
2. Relevant college education and/or specialized training/certification.
3. Basic understanding of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) and proficiency in reading blueprints.
4. Familiarity with mechanical metrology hand tools (calipers, micrometers, etc.).
5. Experience with automated software platforms is advantageous.
6. Strong proficiency in PC skills (MS Windows/Office) is essential.
7. Experience with coordinate measuring machines and optical surface profilers is preferred.
8. Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
9. Demonstrated electronic and mechanical aptitude.
10. Capability to establish and maintain professional relationships with diverse individuals.
11. Commitment to the highest standards of business ethics.
12. Ability to exercise sound judgment in the use of time and resources.
13. Maintain high standards of workmanship and fulfill commitments.
