About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Employee Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team at Crimson Solutions. As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, you will play a crucial role in the development and expansion of quality and risk management processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct mandatory queries regarding independence, conflict checks, and know your customer (KYC) in relation to potential client assignments.
  • Manage and review queries triggered in the CRM system (Salesforce), documenting results and ensuring data integrity through regular master data checks.
  • Finalize review and approval of opportunities gained for our ERP system, as well as continuously develop Salesforce processes.
  • Act as a contact person for support requests from our professional staff, providing expert guidance and assistance.
Requirements
  • A successfully completed education (degree or vocational training) and initial professional experience in auditing or in the field of quality and risk management.
  • Ideal experience in the area of money laundering and customer checks in regulated industries or in connection with notaries, lawyers, or real estate.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce and KYC processes.
  • A deep understanding of compliance requirements and a willingness to familiarize yourself with complex technical topics and projects.
  • An excellent analytical mindset, high motivation, curiosity, and proactivity, as well as a passion for developing innovative solutions.
  • Fluent German and good English skills.
