Customer Service Representative

Sam's Club is seeking a skilled and dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring the safety of the facility, and maintaining a clean and organized environment.
About the Job
This position involves working in a fast-paced environment, where you will be interacting with customers, resolving issues, and promoting products and services. You will be required to work on your feet for long periods, stand for extended periods, and lift heavy objects as needed.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service by acknowledging members, identifying their needs, and assisting with purchasing decisions
- Ensure club pick-up orders are filled by contacting members, notifying them of delays, and offering alternative product options
- Maintain the safety of the facility by conducting safety sweeps, following procedures, and correcting and reporting unsafe situations
- Assist with payments, process member purchases, and maintain availability of carts/flatbeds
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and lift heavy objects
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
