About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Administrator to join our team at Perun HR. This is a remote position that requires excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Job Summary

This role involves handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional service via phone, email, or chat. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude and providing top-notch support to internal and external customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Answer and resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
  • Ticket Management: Review and update service tickets to ensure accurate and efficient resolution of customer issues.
  • Scheduling: Schedule customer service calls and appointments as needed to ensure seamless delivery of services.
  • Liaison Role: Act as a liaison between internal teams, senior leaders, and external customers to provide clear communication and ensure successful project outcomes.
Requirements
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: At least 1 year of customer service experience and 1 year of previous office or administrative experience.
  • Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and/or Access) and ability to type at least 50 words per minute.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and concisely.
  • Time Management: Ability to juggle multiple tasks, prioritize responsibilities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience. We offer a competitive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
