Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Licensed Behavioral Health Professional to join our team at the Oklahoma Department of Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services. As a key member of our team, you will provide evidence-based behavioral health services to children and teens, and their caregivers, using approaches such as CBT and parent-management training.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions to clients
  • Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with clients and their caregivers
  • Coordinate care with primary care providers, schools, and other relevant stakeholders
  • Complete thorough clinical documentation and maintain accurate records
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest research, best practices, and COCMHC and DMH standards of care

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or a closely related field
  • Licensure as a LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LBP, LADC, or LADC/MH
  • Experience working with children and families, preferably in a community mental health setting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
