Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Behavioral Health Case Manager II to join our team at the Oklahoma Department of Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services. This is a full-time position that requires a strong background in case management and a passion for helping individuals with mental health and substance use disorders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide case management services to individuals with mental health and substance use disorders
  • Respond to calls and provide crisis intervention services as needed
  • Collaborate with a team of mental health professionals to provide comprehensive care
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Provide education and support to individuals and their families

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a behavioral health field or closely related field
  • 2 years of experience in professional case management in a behavioral health setting
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
