Job Opportunity

Peak Behavioral Health is seeking a Licensed Child Psychologist to join its interdisciplinary clinic in Norman, Oklahoma.

This position primarily consists of the following:

  • Conducting comprehensive psychological evaluations for children with Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD) and other pediatric concerns.
  • Providing evidence-based psychotherapy to children and their families.
  • Participating as part of an interdisciplinary team, including conducting interdisciplinary evaluations.
  • Providing feedback to clients and families after evaluation is complete.

Qualifications:

  • Psy.D. or Ph.D. in Counseling or Clinical Psychology from an APA-accredited university.
  • Completed an internship with an APA-accredited provider.
  • Current licensure as a psychologist in the state of Oklahoma (or license-eligible).
  • Experience evaluating children for most pediatric concerns, with a preference for using the ADOS-2.
  • Experience in the assessment and treatment of Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD).
  • Excellent communication and clinical writing skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Strengths in both diagnostic evaluation and intervention are preferred.
  • Proficient in using Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems.
  • Passionate about helping children and their families.
