Industrial Cost Estimator

Plasser American Corp is seeking an experienced Industrial Cost Estimator to join our team. As a key member of our estimating team, you will be responsible for analyzing blueprints, specifications, and other documentation to estimate the time, material cost, and labor required for complex industrial projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze blueprints and specifications to estimate project costs
- Collaborate with engineers, supply chain, and commercial operations to establish estimates
- Calculate, analyze, and adjust estimates to ensure accuracy
- Recommend ways to reduce costs and improve efficiency
- Prepare estimates and bids for clients in collaboration with sales teams
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in estimating or a related field
- Proficient knowledge of engineering drawings, manufacturing processes, and ERP/MRP systems
- Strong analytical and communication skills
