We are currently in search of a skilled Bilingual Recruiter to become an integral part of our client's workforce, playing a pivotal role in attracting and securing exceptional talent as the organization expands. The ideal candidate will possess extensive recruitment experience, outstanding interpersonal abilities, and a solid understanding of the electrical and construction sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to assess staffing requirements and devise effective recruitment strategies. Source, screen, and interview candidates to evaluate their qualifications and suitability for the organization.
- Develop compelling job descriptions and disseminate openings across various job boards, social media platforms, and industry-specific channels. Create and execute targeted recruitment advertising initiatives.
- Establish and nurture strong relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment journey. Provide timely feedback and keep candidates engaged and informed.
- Organize and coordinate interviews with hiring managers, ensuring a seamless process. Prepare interview materials and assist with candidate assessments.
- Contribute to the development and enhancement of our employer brand. Represent the organization at job fairs, industry events, and networking opportunities.
- Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new hires. Support the orientation and integration of new employees.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in both Spanish and English is essential.
- Demonstrated experience in recruitment, particularly within the electrical or construction industries.
- A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to cultivate and maintain relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
- Experience in creating and managing job postings and recruitment campaigns.
- Excellent organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Capability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
