Per-Diem Sonographer (OB/GYN/Breast) Opportunity

This is a casual (per diem) position that requires flexibility of scheduling throughout the week, including weekends, evenings, and participation in call rotation. The position is located at Scripps Mercy Hospital Chula Vista.

About the Role

As a Diagnostic Medical Sonographer (OB/GYN/Breast), you will be part of a highly skilled Ultrasonography department that thrives in a family-oriented environment. You will leverage your strong interpersonal skills to deliver excellent patient-focused care.

Qualifications
  • Associate of Science Degree Certification in Ultrasound in a school that is accredited, or successful completion of a formal educational program in an AMA-approved school of ultrasound with a minimum of 500 hours of clinical experience in the specialty required, or registered in the specialty that you are applying for by ARDMS or the Cardiovascular Credentialing International (CCI) with at least 1 year of full-time experience required
  • ARDMS or CCI
  • BLS from the American Heart Association
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
