About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Product Marketing Manager to join our team in New York. Reporting to the Head of Product, you will represent our customers in discussions of the platform's direction, educate internal teams, and own the rollout of new features to prospective and current customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with customers to understand the platform's strengths and areas for improvement
  • Participate in software team conversations to drive the direction of future development
  • Develop and execute strategies for marketing products and features, working with internal teams and external creative resources
  • Manage the release of educational content in tandem with new feature rollouts
  • Write clear explanations of the platform's capabilities for use by Sales and customers
Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience in product marketing at a high-growth B2B software company, preferably in fintech or selling to the office of the CFO
  • Proven track record of communicating effectively with internal and external audiences
  • Exceptional visual and written communication skills
  • Ability to work creatively in a resource-constrained environment
  • Experience in the finance industry or on a fintech product is a plus
