Job Summary

ReNew Wound Care is seeking a highly skilled Physician Assistant to join our team of wound care specialists. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for conducting thorough assessments of patient wounds, developing individualized treatment plans, and implementing advanced wound care techniques.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assessment and Treatment: Conduct thorough assessments of patient wounds, which may be chronic or acute, and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Implement advanced wound care techniques, including debridement, dressing selection, skin grafts, and infection control measures.
  • Collaboration with Healthcare Teams: Work closely with other healthcare professionals at each facility to coordinate care and provide updates on patient progress to ensure continuity of care.
  • Manage a travel schedule to visit multiple skilled nursing facilities on a regular basis.

Requirements:

  • Valid License as a PA
  • Board Certified - NCCPA
  • Minimum of 1 year's experience in advanced wound care is highly preferred.
  • Certification in wound care (e.g., CWOCN, CWS, WCC, WOCN) is a plus.
  • Ability to travel to multiple locations.
