Job Title: Clinical Nurse Specialist

Department: Hospice - Waterville

Position Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Nurse Specialist to join our team at Northern Light Health. As a Clinical Nurse Specialist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and leading our nursing team in delivering exceptional patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive care plans for patients with complex needs
  • Provide education and training to nursing staff on best practices and evidence-based care
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and improve outcomes
  • Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to ensure patient safety and quality of care

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Nursing or related field
  • Minimum 1 year of experience as a Clinical Nurse Specialist or in a similar role
  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the State of Maine
