The Evangelical Covenant Church is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Human Resources Generalist to join our Mission Services Operations team. In this role, you will provide expert human resources guidance and support to our staff, while also collaborating with our leadership team to develop and implement strategic HR initiatives.

As a key member of our HR team, you will be responsible for a range of tasks, including recruitment, talent management, employee relations, and benefits administration. You will work closely with our Vice President of Mission Services and management teams to ensure that our HR strategies align with our overall mission and vision.

The successful candidate will have 7+ years of experience as a Generalist, Director or other function within HR, with a strong background in developing and leading teams. SHRM Certifications or other HR certifications are desired. The salary for this position is estimated at $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
