We are looking for a Public Service Liaison to join our team. As a Public Service Liaison, you will be responsible for conducting research activities related to contract negotiations and collective bargaining agreements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform research activities in conjunction with the Senior Labor Officer, when necessary, related to contract negotiations
  • Participate in collective bargaining negotiations as a representative for the County
  • Collect and maintain control of proposals and tentative agreements

Requirements:

  • Degree in Labor Relations, Human Resources, or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in labor relations or human resources
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills
