Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst to join our team at GD Resources LLC. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business growth and improvement through the analysis and implementation of business solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Elicit and analyze business needs to identify opportunities for improvement
  • Develop and document project requirements to ensure effective solution delivery
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize and manage project deliverables
  • Conduct research and analysis to inform business decisions and drive process improvements
  • Develop and maintain relationships with business stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration
  • Participate in the development and implementation of business solutions to meet stakeholder needs
  • Assist in the development and maintenance of business processes and procedures
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of business strategies to drive growth and improvement
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as Business Administration, Management, or Information Systems
  • Three to five years of experience in a business analysis or related role
  • Proven experience with business and technical requirements analysis, elicitation, modeling, verification, and validation
  • Strong business analysis skills and experience with business analysis software, including planning, organizing, and managing project deliverables
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to develop and maintain relationships with business stakeholders
  • Logical and efficient, with keen attention to detail
  • Highly self-motivated and directed, with a strong customer service orientation
  • Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
  • Health industry experience and competency in requirements gathering, process modeling, and data analysis are highly desirable
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with business analysis tools and software, such as Visio, JIRA, and Confluence
  • Proficiency with project management methodologies, such as Agile and Scrum
