Crisis Center Clinician

We are seeking a highly skilled Crisis Clinician/Triage Clinician Lead to join our team at Compass Health Network. As a key member of our person-centered integrated team, you will provide oversight to each team member and serve as the main assessor for individuals presenting to our local Crisis Access Point (CAP).
Key Responsibilities- Triage individuals who present at the CAP, swiftly assessing their behavioral health distress and avoiding unnecessary hospitalization or law enforcement contact.
- Provide full assessments to complete agency intake documentation when clinically appropriate.
- Assess the appropriateness and readiness of referrals for all services, both internally and externally.
- Function as the lead for the multi-disciplinary team, providing supervision to staff on shift at the CAP.
- Work collaboratively with team members within the CAP, Compass, and external partners.
- Maintain client records, following agency and state regulations, including knowledge of utilization management criteria.
- Provide culturally competent services to meet the unique cultural needs of each agency consumer and family member.
- Interface with other community partners to provide holistic services to persons served.
- Oversee day-to-day operations and tasks of supervisees.
- Complete performance development/AIM process.
- Manage time sheets.
