Community Care Specialist

Meadow Lake is a vibrant community that offers a supportive and inclusive environment for our residents. As a Certified Nursing Assistant, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional care and services to our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer direct patient care and assist residents with daily living activities such as feeding, bathing, dressing, grooming, transferring, and moving residents.
  • Initiate resident needs assessments and safety checks by observing and reporting any changes or unusual findings to the nurse.
  • Coordinate with the nursing team to record accurate vital signs and maintain records of ADLs.
  • Administer standard precautions and infection control standards to provide a clean and safe environment.
  • Promptly respond to call lights and regularly assess resident needs to ensure their needs are met.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Minimum one year of experience working with the geriatric population.
  • Certified nursing aide licensure required by state regulations.
