Position Overview:
As a vital member of our Clinical team, the Certified Nursing Assistant plays a crucial role in enhancing the quality of life for our residents. This position is designed for individuals who are passionate about providing compassionate care and support to the elderly.

Compensation:
Hourly wage ranging from $14.52 to $20.00+

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement care plans by delivering direct patient assistance and helping residents with daily living tasks such as feeding, bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
  • Monitor resident conditions, promptly reporting any changes or concerns to the nursing staff.
  • Collaborate with nursing colleagues to accurately document vital signs and maintain records of activities of daily living (ADLs).
  • Adhere to infection control protocols to ensure a safe and hygienic environment for all residents.
  • Respond to resident requests and regularly assess their needs to ensure they are met effectively.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
  • A minimum of one year of experience working with the elderly population is required.
  • Certification as a nursing aide in accordance with state regulations is mandatory.
