Job Responsibilities

The Restaurant Leader is responsible for ensuring overall financial success, forecasting and budgeting, and ensuring compliance with company standards and policies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Forecast and budget for restaurant performance
  • Develop and execute strategy to drive sales and profit growth
  • Hire and terminate management-level crew members
  • Create and manage crew member schedules
  • Develop and implement training programs

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of restaurant or retail management experience
  • New restaurant opening and local restaurant marketing experience preferred
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • High school diploma or equivalent required, some college preferred
  • Possess a valid driver's license
