**Job Summary**
The Senior Executive/Assistant Manager, General Secretary's Office will work closely with the Manager/Senior Manager, International Relations & Stakeholder Management to develop and streamline the administration of programs and activities in the General Secretary's Office.
**Key Responsibilities**
• Maintain the FAS Membership portal, including operating functions and regularly updating content, as required.
• Manage all communications with FAS Members and update the FAS Membership directory.
• Assist in planning, coordinating, and ensuring timely submissions of FAS Membership renewal and new membership applications by Affiliates in compliance with the FAS Constitution.
• Provide relevant information to departments on available initiatives, application protocols, and timelines.
• Collaborate with Secretaries and Assistant Secretaries of FAS standing committees and staff to establish effective communication and ensure timely updates for the FAS EXCO, Council, and Senior Management.
• Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing the FAS Annual Congress and Extraordinary Congress in accordance with the FAS Constitution and FAS Electoral Code.
• Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing the FAS Executive Committee and FAS Council Meeting in accordance with the FAS Constitution.
• Liaise with SportSG, FIFA, AFC, AFF, and UEFA on Funding Initiatives, Reporting Matters, and Special Projects.
• Ensure timely submission of Applications and Business Plans to FIFA and AFC, adhering to FIFA and AFC Financial and reporting regulations.
• Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing the VIP Hospitality function during FAS organized events to provide a VIP experience for stakeholders and integrate with relevant departments and volunteer management.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Manager IR & SM and/or the Deputy General Secretary of FAS.
