Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team at Education Service Center 2 Consortium. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing all human resource activities to ensure effective and legally sound practices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement human resource programs, including employee training, recruitment, and staffing.
  • Interpret and recommend personnel policies and regulations for the ESC.
  • Provide staff development and coordinated assistance to educators, parents, and community members.
  • Manage employee benefits, including workers' compensation and personnel documentation.
  • Maintain the Human Resource website and disseminate information to employees and community.
  • Ensure the Administrative Procedures Manual is up-to-date and available to all employees.
Requirements
  • Five years of human resource experience, or a combination of five years of associated HR business/supervisory/management experience in a school district for a total of 10 years in senior management/leadership roles.
  • Experience in hiring, salary management, recruitment, grievances, complaints, and workers' compensation.
Working Conditions

The Human Resources Manager will work in a fast-paced environment and will be required to perform other duties as assigned. The successful candidate will demonstrate a professional attitude, effective interpersonal skills, and maintain confidentiality on matters pertinent to ESC employees.
