We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Director to lead our nursing services team at CHRISTUS Health. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our nursing department, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care and services.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Lead and manage a team of nursing staff, providing guidance and support to ensure the delivery of excellent patient care.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination of patient care.
- Monitor and evaluate the quality of patient care, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
- Develop and manage budgets for nursing services, ensuring effective resource allocation and utilization.
- Master's degree in Nursing, Health Administration, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of clinical patient care experience in a relevant setting.
- Minimum of 2 years of healthcare leadership experience.
- RN license in good standing in the state of employment or a compact state, if applicable.
- Additional certifications required in accordance with Registered Nurse certification requirements for the unit(s) the Clinical Director is responsible for.
