We are in search of a dynamic and imaginative Personality Social Media Manager. This role is crucial in enhancing our brand's online visibility across platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube. The ideal candidate will be a social media aficionado with a zeal for crafting engaging content that resonates with our audience and drives measurable outcomes.

YOUR CORE FOCUS AREAS AND RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

Social Media Oversight:

  • Manage and oversee our TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube channels.
  • Ensure consistent posting and brand alignment across all platforms.

Content Development:

  • Generate and publish over 60 Instagram static and reel posts monthly.
  • Design and execute engaging Instagram stories that drive sales, increase profile visits, and elevate viewership to over 2,050 views.
  • Continuously produce fresh and innovative content ideas that align with brand objectives and audience interests.

Community Engagement:

  • Strategically enhance Instagram engagement rate to 3%.
  • Encourage community interaction by responding to comments, messages, and engagements across platforms.
  • Implement strategies to double the following across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.

Performance Analytics:

  • Monitor and assess social media performance metrics to evaluate success and refine future content.
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as engagement rate, CTR, profile visits, and follower growth.
  • Provide regular performance reports and make data-driven recommendations for enhancement.

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED

  • Demonstrated experience managing social media accounts, particularly TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.
  • Strong content creation abilities, with a portfolio showcasing successful posts, stories, and videos.
  • Comprehensive understanding of social media trends, algorithms, and best practices.
  • Capability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet content deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms.

MUST HAVE:

  • Camera Confidence: Must be comfortable in front of the camera and enjoy engaging directly with your audience.
  • Brand Ambassador: This role is for someone eager to represent Woxer, embodying the brand's values and voice.
  • Established Following: Must already have no less than 10,000 followers and 20,000 viewers across social media platforms.
  • Portfolio Ready: Must be prepared to showcase examples of your videos and social media content that demonstrate your ability to connect with and grow an audience.

NICE TO HAVE:

  • Experience with social media advertising and paid promotions.
  • Graphic design or video editing skills are a plus.
  • Understanding of SEO and digital marketing strategies.
