Responsibilities:
  1. Evaluate and treat patients with genitourinary disorders, including endoscopic, percutaneous, and open surgery
  2. Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans in collaboration with other healthcare professionals
  3. Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in urology, attending conferences and workshops as needed
  4. Participate in quality improvement initiatives to ensure the highest standards of patient care
  5. Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to deliver seamless care

Requirements: To succeed in this role, you must have a Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) or equivalent degree, a full and unrestricted license to practice medicine in any U.S. state or territory, and completion of a residency training program approved by the Secretary of Veterans Affairs. Additionally, you must be proficient in written and spoken English and able to pass a background security investigation.
