About the Job:
We are seeking a Home Health Aide to provide one-on-one care to veterans in their homes. As a Home Health Aide, you will assist with daily activities, maintain accurate records, and build relationships with clients to ensure their physical and emotional well-being.

Responsibilities:
Assist clients with bathing, dressing, and mobility assistance
Care for clients by changing bed linens, doing laundry, light housekeeping, or assisting with personal care
Maintain accurate records of client care, condition, progress, or problems to report to the veteran care team
Build relationships with clients by conversing with them to help keep them mentally healthy and alert
Oversee medication management reminders and assist as needed with daily activities

What We Offer:
An estimated $42,000-$62,000 per year salary based on experience and qualifications
A supportive and collaborative work environment

Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED
Graduated from an accredited Home Health Aid program preferred
One-year prior professional experience
Driver's license required
CPR certification preferred
CNA certification preferred

Location:
Centerville, Miamisburg, and Middletown areas
