About the Role:

  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Document patient information accurately and thoroughly, maintaining confidentiality and adhering to HIPAA guidelines.

Your Skills and Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 1 year of experience as a nursing assistant or completion of an educational program in a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, adapting to changing situations and prioritizing tasks efficiently.
  • Demonstrated commitment to delivering high-quality patient care and promoting a culture of safety and respect.
